Underground Utility Field Supervisor

Job Description

Fortress Construction Group is looking for an Underground Utility Field Supervisor to oversee and manage field crews installing fiber/conduit, telecom, and other underground utilities. You’ll be responsible for ensuring daily production targets are met, maintaining safety standards, and communicating with clients and management.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in underground utilities (HDD, fiber, telecom).

Valid driver’s license.

CDL is a strong plus.

Spanish speaking or understanding is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Manage and motivate field crews daily.

Ensure jobsite safety protocols and compliance.

Communicate with clients and internal teams.

Track and report daily production and project progress.
