Aerospace company based in Los Angeles is seeking a CNC Programmer!Job Title: CNC Programmer Shift Hours: 6:00 a.m.

to 3:00 p.m.

(plus OT)Location: South BayPay: $30.00 to $50.00 (depending on experience) / Job Class: Temp-to-HireDescription: Creating N/C programs for various 3 & 5-axis machines.

Programs are developed from customer engineering drawings/models per our internal procedures to machine various part configurations needed to support our customers.

Also develops CAD models and drawings to assist manufacturing personnel and creates tool designs for internally fabricated tooling.Create N/C programs for customers: Furnished Data Sets, Blue Prints, or SketchesBuild 3D Geometries for N/C Tool PathsSupport N/C Machine OperatorsCreate Set Up Books, N/C Instructions for NC Machining RequiredFormal Catia training required with Catia experience a mustUnigraphics training and experience a plusCritical thinking skills and good decision-making thought processesExperience with N/C machining, machine codes, cutting tools, feed and speedMinimum 5 years’ experience in N/C Programming in the aerospace industry with strong 3 & 5 Axis backgroundHigh school diploma or G.E.D.
