We are seeking qualified International Security Specialists for a long term, armed protective security mission. You will be embedded within a professional team to provide direct operational support to host nation security forces, safeguarding critical infrastructure in a border region environment. The role demands strict procedural compliance, teamwork, and disciplined performance under a regulated contractual framework.
Key Responsibilities
Execute armed patrols and maintain continuous perimeter surveillance of designated high value assets.
Enforce access control measures and secure zone protocols.
Monitor, record, and report all activity within assigned areas in accordance with operational guidelines.
Operate in direct support of client border security units, following defined rules of engagement and mission protocols.
Maintain accurate operational records and provide timely situational reporting.
Compensation & Benefits
Signing Bonus: $12,000 USD (disbursed upon contract execution).
Base Salary: $2,000 USD per month (paid regularly).
Referral Bonus: $500 USD per candidate successfully hired following your referral.
Contractual Terms: Formal employment contract including paid leave and comprehensive medical insurance.
Logistical & On Site Support:
Full visa and work permit processing.
Pre paid travel with airport reception.
Company provided accommodation and meals.
Dedicated administrative and language support personnel.
Equipment: Professionally issued kit and field technology.
Essential Qualifications
Verifiable background in military, law enforcement, or high threat private security.
Valid international passport and immediate availability for deployment.
Excellent physical and medical condition, to be confirmed by a project authorized examination.
Demonstrated discipline, integrity, and reliability.
Proven ability to operate within strict protocols and perform effectively in team based scenarios.
Ability to satisfy client led background verification.
