About the Role

We are seeking an Experienced Litho Printing Bindery Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will operate and maintain bindery equipment, ensuring high-quality output for our printed materials. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain bindery equipment (folders, cutters, stitchers, trimmers, etc.)

Ensure product quality meets customer and company standards

Troubleshoot and resolve machine or production issues

Maintain accurate production records and follow safety procedures

Collaborate with press operators and production staff to meet schedules

Perform routine equipment maintenance and keep work area clean and organized

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in litho printing bindery operations (or similar finishing role)

Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities

Ability to read and follow job tickets, work orders, and specifications

Knowledge of safety standards and quality control processes

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed
