Full-Stack Engineer
We are a boutique trading-focused technology team that thrives on solving complex problems in real time. Our engineers sit close to the trading desk, writing and testing code that directly supports high-stakes decisions. This is not a traditional software role - it's fast-paced, hands-on, and deeply tied to the energy markets.
What You'll Do
Build and deploy full-stack applications in Python, PostgreSQL, React, and Dash.
Deliver production-ready solutions in hours, not weeks - when traders need something, you make it happen.
Tackle challenging subject matter: electrical grid modeling, physics-based risk analysis, and contingency planning.
Write, test, and own your code end-to-end in a collaborative, small-team environment.
What We're Looking For
Top-tier computer science education - we look for candidates from leading programs with strong GPAs.
Strong foundation in Python; ability to learn React & SQL.
Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset - no lone wolves here.
High intellectual curiosity and the drive to absorb complex technical concepts in real time.
Engineer/math-inclined problem solver who thrives in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.
Compensation
Competitive total package: $120K-$200K all-in, commensurate with experience and ability.
