Java Backend Microservices Developer

Collaborate with engineers and architects to review and contribute to microservices designs,

system architecture, integration patterns, and API specifications.

" Lead delivery of backend services, cloud components, data workflows, and cross-team

engineering initiatives.

" Facilitate Agile ceremonies, track dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure clarity of scope and

timelines across engineering teams.

" Translate technical requirements into actionable plans and maintain strong alignment between

engineering, product, and operations.

" Ensure solutions follow best practices for scalability, reliability, observability, and security.

" Drive transparent communication, including status reporting, risk management, and cross-

functional stakeholder updates.

Required Qualifications

" Strong understanding of Java/Spring Boot microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, and

cloud-native architectures.

" Ability to read and evaluate technical design documents, architectural diagrams, sequence

flows, and service interaction
