What you will be doing: * Oversees the Utility Billing Program * Analyzes & evaluates utility billing & budget procedures & policies * Trains statewide real estate staff on utility billing program policies & procedures * Provides guidance to statewide real estate staff on utility billing program (e.g., reviews packages for compliance; identifies risks; assists with development of utility notes; explains policies & procedures) * Analyzes & evaluates Utility Billing Program & utility process enhancements.
* Audits billing documents for accuracy & compliance with state & federal regulations.
* Verifies billings/checks cashed & reports to OBM.
Monitors appropriation accounting for utility encumbrances.
