Sr. Full Stack Engineer

Why You're Here

You'll join early as our Senior Full Stack Engineer and work directly with the founding team to scale Fuser's core platform. We've launched our public beta with a strong foundation - 100k+ lines of code, multiplayer infrastructure, a node-based canvas, and dozens of AI integrations. Now we're building toward collaboration, subgraphs, post-production, and operation nodes. You'll help ship features, shape abstractions, and keep Fuser fast, stable, and expressive for creative professionals.

What You'll Do

Build and ship key features across the stack with the founding team

Own complex systems such as multiplayer, asset pipelines, or execution flows

Design scalable abstractions that simplify complexity without limiting control

Improve performance, reliability, and developer experience

Help define the architecture for future AI-native UI/UX patterns

Must-Have Competencies

5-8 years of experience building and shipping full-stack applications

Strong proficiency in React + TypeScript

Backend experience with Node, tRPC, Cloudflare Workers or equivalent

Solid understanding of distributed systems or real-time collaboration

Experience designing APIs, database schemas, and scalable architecture

Proven track record of shipping complex features in small teams

Nice-to-Have Competencies

Experience with canvas or node-based tools (React Flow, Blender, WebGPU)

Familiarity with creative or AI-driven software

Contributions to open-source projects

Background or interest in art, design, music, or creative tech

$90K-$180K USD depending on experience and zone (equity included)
