Location: Sunnyvale, CA or Austin, TX

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered:

Java Development – 100% or Must needed with 10 years of minimum experience.

MongoDB – 100% or Must needed with 5 years of minimum experience.

Experience with AI tools like RooCode and Claude.

Design and development of highly available, distributed, and scalable enterprise systems.

SpringBoot, Redis, Kafka, and MicroServices architecture.

AWS deployments, scaling, and EKS cluster management.

Prior experience with the client's industry is a MUST for this position.

Education Level – Bachelor’s Degree is Mandatory in the field of Computer Science.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Nice-to-have skills but are not required:

Experience with GIT, PR process, CICD Pipelines, and deployments.

Knowledge of developing high throughput, high performance, and zero downtime systems.

Experience in performance tuning, including JVM tuning, memory profiling, deadlocks, and heap analysis.
