Job Responsibilities

20 Years of IT experience and at least 15 years of relevant experience.

Experience in Exchange permission management.

Knowledge on migration tools and Exchange O365 site administration.

Hands-on experience in user permissions, compliance management, and journaling features.

Knowledge on external user management.

Knowledge on Active Directory, user permission management, and user licenses.

PowerShell experience with regards to O365, with a basic understanding of SailPoint and in-depth knowledge of PowerShell scripting to perform bulk operations.

Updating the Exchange version, security updates, and patch updates as and when a new release is available.

Updating the certificates for Exchange servers.

Coordinating with various technology groups during global outages.

Coordinating with internal and external service providers to resolve problems using the facilities provided by them as per contract.

Good understanding of Active Directory, room mailbox, and configuration.

Experience working in an Exchange Hybrid environment.

Good soft skills.
