Associate Developer
The Associate Developer will assist in managing enterprise IT infrastructure by supporting the deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of systems under the guidance of senior engineers. Responsibilities include participating in routine system checks, helping with basic troubleshooting, and learning to automate recurring tasks. The role is ideal for candidates with foundational technical skills who are eager to grow in a collaborative environment.
Seeking an Associate Developer to manage and optimize enterprise infrastructure, ensuring performance, security, and compliance across systems.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage client requests and incidents
Maintain and improve system performance and availability
Design and implement server, storage, and network configurations
Support disaster recovery planning and documentation
Automate tasks using scripts and tools (Windows Powershell, Linux Shell)
Ensure security and compliance with enterprise standards
Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting
Education:
Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
Qualifications:
5+ years in system engineering or administration
Experience with Windows/Linux, VMware, Azure, SAN, and enterprise platforms (e.g., CBORD, Workday)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Familiarity with ServiceNow or related service desk related software
Preferred certifications:
CCNA, MCSE, PMP
