Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Provide training and resources to employees on safety protocols and best practices.

Collaborate with management to create a safety-first culture and promote employee engagement in safety initiatives.

Investigate accidents and incidents, documenting findings and implementing preventive measures.

Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance.

Prepare and present safety reports to management and regulatory agencies as required. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees.

Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions regarding safety practices.

Certifications such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist) are a plus.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
