SUMMARY OF LABORER AT LAYTON SERVICES

This role assists with a variety of tasks on active construction sites, supporting crews with daily operations. No prior experience is required, but basic knowledge of construction practices is a plus. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with site preparation, cleanup and organization.

Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment as directed.

Support skilled trades and equipment operators with various tasks.

Use basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

Follow instructions from supervisors.

Learn and apply basic construction techniques on the job.

Adhere to all OSHA and Layton Services' safety regulations.

Exhibit a responsible, safety first attitude at all times.

Perform general labor and all additional duties as required by role.

QUALIFICATIONS

1+ Years of experience in similar role/construction role

Knowledge of basic tools and equipment used in construction.

Willingness to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions.

Ability to work in trenches and confined spaces.

Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.

OSHA Trenching and Excavating Certificate (can be obtained once hired)

OSHA 10-Hour Certificate (can be obtained once hired)

LABORER BENEFITS

Top pay: $20-$25 /hour, paid weekly
