Packing & Crating Lead/Coordinator - Bilingual

Pay: $23-$25 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm (Flexibility required - workdays may extend until all tasks are completed.)

Responsibilities

Lead packing and crating operations

Coordinate daily workflow and team direction

Ensure accuracy and quality in all packing processes

Maintain organized records and documentation

Communicate effectively with management and operations

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of packing coordinator experience

Strong knowledge of general cargo packing and export packing types

Ability to perform in a high-demand environment

Proficient in general WMS systems

Able to follow direction and execute expectations

Leadership skills and ability to guide a team

Ability to quote packing jobs or willingness to learn

Strong organizational skills

Motivated and dependable

Good communication skills

Punctual
