Position Overview

At CCI, you’ll be responsible for identifying and connecting with new companies, opening doors, and building the foundation for long-term partnerships. This role combines the fast pace of outbound prospecting with the opportunity to develop accounts into reliable, repeat customers over time.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and research new companies, markets, and decision-makers.

Execute cold outreach campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events).

Qualify leads and convert them into viable sales opportunities.

Collaborate with leadership on territory and market strategies.

Manage an early-stage pipeline and nurture accounts toward long-term customer status.

Represent CCI at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Track and report activity through CRM systems.

Qualifications

2+ years in sales, business development, or a client-facing role (technology, construction, or security industry experience preferred).

Strong hunter mentality with comfort in cold outreach.

Entrepreneurial mindset: motivated to build and grow relationships.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.

Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $50,000

Uncapped commission structure.
