Tully Rinckey PLLC is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our expanding practice in Syracuse, NY! We are actively hiring talented attorneys with experience in Labor & Employment, Family & Matrimonial, Civil Litigation, and Trust & Estates practice areas.

Job Description:

As an Associate Attorney at Tully Rinckey PLLC, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional legal representation to clients across a variety of matters, ensuring the highest level of professionalism, diligence, and client service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, drafting, and case management, along with the ability to effectively advocate for clients both in and out of the courtroom. You will:

· Provide comprehensive legal representation to clients

· Draft pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents

· Create strategies to resolve disputes efficiently and with care

· Develop case strategies and manage cases

What are we looking for:

Minimum of 5 years of experience

Strong litigation, negotiation, and drafting skills

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Admitted and in good standing to practice in New York State

Excellent communication and client relations skills

Ability to thrive both independently and in a team setting

A commitment to integrity, ethics, and legal excellence
