Production Operator (Overnight Shift)

A-Line Staffing is now hiring Production Operator (Overnight Shift) in Pendergrass, GA 30567.

The Production Operator would be working for a Major Manufacturing Company and has career growth potential.

Production Operator Highlights:

Pay Rate: $21/hr

Schedule: overnight shift, 9pm ? 7:30am Sunday night ? Thursday morning., OT as needed to meet production demand

Location: Onsite ? Pendergrass, GA 30567

Production Operator Responsibilities:

This is a hands-on production role responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

Carrying 20?25 kg (55 lbs) bags

Operating various production machinery

Charging stations and bagger/packer duties

Using hoists and standup forklifts

PPE usage, including respirator use

Batch processing, packaging (manual and automatic), and blending

Conducting inspections, sampling, label reconciliation, and lab submissions

Completing housekeeping per sanitation schedule and cGMPs

Participating in SHE culture and safety programs

Attending training and maintaining certification compliance (e.g., ISO 9001:2008 / FAMI-QS)

Reporting and supporting quality investigations and maintenance needs

Production Operator Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

Ability to lift up to 55 lbs / 25 kg

1+ year of general warehouse or production experience (required)

6+ months of related production experience (preferred)

Forklift operation experience (standup)

Computer proficiency

Must pass a physical during screening (post-offer)

Experience with batch production and quality standards (preferred)

Knowledge of S.H.E., G.M.P., and food/feed safety practices
