The Junior Application Developer is a fulltime position responsible for assisting in the design and development of new applications to aid in day-to-day business activities, including analyzing user requirements, business processes and working with the development team to design, implement and maintain application solutions.

Essential Functions
Assists in the design, development, and maintenance of web and desktop applications using C# and .NET/.NET Core, working under the guidance of senior developers.
Designs and implements data models and relational databases, participating in SQL database design projects.
Supports quality assurance and testing efforts for application software, contributing to documentation and maintaining code repositories.
Collaborates with team members to gather requirements, review code, and contributes to development meetings, fostering a shared understanding of user needs and technical standards.
Performs other duties as assigned. Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Object-oriented programming experience using Microsoft technologies (C#, ASP.Net)
Understanding of relational databases and SQL fundamentals
Understanding of software development methodologies (SOLID Principles)
Exposure to Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment Tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub)
Highly organized with an ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent follow-through
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
Familiarity with version control systems
Basic understanding of web development concepts
