Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, or contribute to engineering projects from concept through execution and delivery
Apply advanced engineering principles to solve complex technical and operational challenges
Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, operations teams, clients, and stakeholders
Ensure designs, systems, and processes meet industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
Review and approve technical documentation, drawings, calculations, and specifications
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, performance, and cost
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, or oversight to junior engineers and technical staff
Participate in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management activities
Interface with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies as required
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, or related discipline)
7–15+ years of relevant engineering experience, depending on role and specialization
Proven experience working on complex engineering projects in an industrial, manufacturing, construction, energy, infrastructure, or technology environment
Strong technical knowledge within your engineering discipline
Experience with industry standards, codes, and regulatory compliance applicable to your field
Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently while also leading or contributing within multidisciplinary teams
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred (role-dependent)
Proficiency with relevant engineering software, tools, and systems
