Senior Frontend Developer React.js

Smartshore Goa is hiring a React.js Developer (Onsite Panaji, Goa)

5+ YoE preferred Senior ideal, open to strong mid-level

Build modern products for international clients in a team that values collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning.

What you’ll do

Build and ship solutions for international clients

Debug, optimise, and improve performance across the front-end and integrations

Contribute to technical decisions, refactoring, and clear design documentation

Work with solid engineering practices: clean PRs, reviews, and documentation

Must-haves

Strong hands-on experience with React.js/ Next.js + JavaScript/TypeScript

Experience integrating with APIs/services in real-world projects

Strong skills in debugging and performance optimisation

Security-aware: understands common attack vectors and how to build securely

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Experience with (and comfortable) mentoring junior developers

Comfortable working in Scrum/Agile teams

Expertise with versioning tools like Github/ Bitbucket

Nice-to-haves

Vue / Node.js experience

Familiarity with CI/CD workflows (optional)

Testing/quality practices (testing strategy, observability)

Experience leading knowledge sharing (sessions, presentations)

Using AI tools to boost productivity and efficiency
