Senior Structural Engineer

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer (PE) to lead design and analysis for residential projects including custom homes, remodels, and multifamily structures. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of structural design experience, strong technical skills in wood, steel, and concrete systems, and proficiency with design software and current building codes.

Responsibilities:

Lead residential structural projects from design through construction

Prepare and stamp drawings and calculations

Coordinate with architects, builders, and clients

Mentor junior engineers and review design work

Conduct site visits and provide construction support

Requirements:

BS in Civil/Structural Engineering

Active PE license (SE a plus)

8+ years of residential structural experience

Proficiency in RISA, RAM, or similar software; AutoCAD/Revit preferred
