Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and effective technical support to resolve desktop-related issues for users.

• Manage and maintain desktop hardware, ensuring all workstations operate efficiently.

• Troubleshoot and resolve problems with Microsoft Windows 10 systems.

• Administer and support Active Directory to manage user accounts and permissions.

• Perform desktop imaging and deployment processes for new workstations.

• Ensure all systems are up-to-date with necessary patches and updates.

• Collaborate with other IT teams to address complex technical issues.

• Document and track support requests, maintaining clear records of resolutions.

• Train and guide users on best practices for utilizing desktop systems effectively.• Proven experience in desktop support, with strong knowledge of PC workstations.

• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Active Directory.

• Solid understanding of desktop hardware components and their maintenance.

• Expertise in Microsoft Windows 10, including configuration and troubleshooting.

• Hands-on experience with desktop imaging and deployment.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with users and team members effectively.
