We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Scottsdale, Arizona. In this role, you will assist with essential administrative tasks, including handling mail, property tax documentation, and general office duties. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently with data entry software.
Responsibilities:
• Sort, open, and scan incoming mail, ensuring accurate processing.
• Enter property tax information and other relevant data into the designated system with precision.
• Assist with general office duties, such as filing, organizing, and miscellaneous administrative tasks.
• Utilize dedicated software for data entry tasks, with training provided.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy when inputting numeric and textual data.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Adhere to company policies regarding dress code and work procedures.
• Provide support in maintaining organized records and documents.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to address any issues or clarifications related to assigned duties.• Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in typing and numeric data entry.
• Familiarity with computer data entry systems and software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
