Are you ready to step into a Finance Manager/CFO role that blends strategic leadership with deep business partnership? Randstad Greece is looking for a driven, results-oriented finance leader to join our Leadership Team and spearhead our financial and operational excellence in line with our 'Partner for Talent' aspiration.
This is a pivotal role, reporting directly to the Regional CFO Southern Europe and working closely as a trusted Business Partner to the Managing Director of Greece.
your contribution to Randstad Greece
Strategic Leadership: Serve as a core member of the Leadership Team, contributing to overall strategy, direction-setting, and executing the 'partner for talent' vision.
Business Control & Growth: Act as the Business Control Leader, guiding forecasting, cash flow planning, and driving both top-line growth (e.g., pricing, service mix) and bottom-line efficiency (opex management).
Financial Stewardship: Oversee local budgeting, strategic planning, and ensure timely, accurate financial delivery and compliance (Greek GAAP and IFRS).
Operational & Functional Oversight: Lead the wider finance function plus critical supporting areas including Procurement, Facilities, Internal Controls, and PMO.
Organizational Development: Build a future-fit finance organization, deploy scalable solutions, and develop a winning talent strategy for your team.
we are seeking a current Randstad colleague with:
8-10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably within a complex, international matrix environment (internal experience is a strong advantage).
Strong Commercial Finance Expertise: Deep grasp of key financial drivers (top-line growth, gross margins, EBITA) and adeptness at data-driven business partnering. Prior experience in services/commercial environments is essential; staffing/HR industry knowledge is a distinct plus.
Key Competencies: A Strategic Mindset, proven ability to Create Clarity, and the Courage to Challenge skillfully.
Bilingual Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.
