The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Clinical Supervisor - Child Welfare to join our Shared Services Department. The Clinical Supervisor provides oversight to the Family Interaction Specialist (FIS) and FIS Team Lead in both Columbus and Cincinnati regions. This position provides clinical support supervision and consultation to those working directly with children receiving therapeutic services through the visitation program. The Clinical Supervisor works closely with the Support Services Supervisor to process referrals, coordinate the visitation schedule, and discharge planning. This position may provide clinical consultation to other Child Welfare programs.

Who you are:

You have a masters degree in social work, counseling, or family therapy.

You have at least three years of experience as a Counselor, Therapist, Social Worker, or Clinician.

You have an active LSW, LPC, or MFT. LISW, LPCC, or IMFT preferred. Supervisory designation a plus.

You have an active driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
