IT Programmer – TalentZok

Immediate opening for an IT Programmer in Redlands, CA who possesses:

· Experience with IT and data base maintenance

· Strong data entry and typing skills

· Experience with QuickBase preferred

FULL DESCRIPTION:

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Ensure deadlines are met and work is completed correctly

Update and maintain databases accordingly

Help with IT support

Cross train for multiple positions in order to gain knowledge to support technical needs

Assist in implementation and monitoring of programs as directed by management

Generate memos, emails, training materials and reports when appropriate

Respond to inquiries from managers and staff and outside parties in a manner that reflects positively on the Systems and Tech department, the managers and the company as a whole

Acknowledge visitors and assist or inform the appropriate staff member that a visitor requires their assistance

The selected candidate will also possess:

Proficient Data Entry and Typing skills

1-2+ years of IT Help Desk experience

Experience with QuickBase highly preferred

Proficient in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel

Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

Exceptional communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Good decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills

Bilingual preferred

Workers' Compensation / Med-legal experience preferred

Good Attendance

Salary Range: $25.00 to $29.00/hour
