Packer (2 YEARS EXP. REQ.)

Responsibilities:

Join our team at a paper product manufacturing company in De Soto, KS, as a Packer. This entry-level position is open to candidates of all backgrounds and is a crucial part of our production process. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that our paper products are packaged efficiently and meet quality standards.

Location: De Soto, KS

Pay: $16.07-$17.07 per hour, paid weekly

Schedule: Multiple Shifts available

1st shift: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm

2nd shift: Mon -Fri 3:20pm-11:30pm

3rd shift Sunday to Thursday, 11:20pm-7:10am

Job Duties:

Packaging: Efficiently and accurately package paper products for shipment.

Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet our quality standards.

Labeling: Apply necessary labels to packaged items.

Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

MUST HAVE HELD A JOB FOR 1 YEAR IN THE PAST 3 YEARS.

MUST HAVE 2 years of packing experience

No specific educational background required; all backgrounds and languages welcome.

Strong attention to detail.

Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Adaptability and willingness to perform repetitive tasks.

Team player with effective communication skills.
