Job Title:Customer Service Representative
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Shift:
2 shifts available 6am - 2pm or 10am - 6pm
One weekend shift is required per week from 8am-4pm
Pay Range: $15 - $15/ hr
Employment Type: Full-time, temp or temp-to-hire
Summary:
Our client is seeking enthusiastic and tech-savvy Inbound Customer Service Representatives to support various consumer brands from their Las Vegas office. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, offering long-term potential for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Core Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media
Provide clear, timely, and accurate information regarding products and services
Resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy
Escalate complex issues when needed, ensuring thorough documentation
Maintain a positive, solutions-focused tone in all communications
Navigate multiple systems and software tools while multitasking across channels
Uphold brand standards and deliver an excellent customer experience consistently
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call center preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong computer skills - comfortable using MS Office Suite and web-based platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress or escalated situations
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be available for on-site work only
