Shift: Mon - Fri 6a-230p

We are seeking an OS&D Inventory Control Specialist to investigate and resolve overages, shortages, and damaged inventory within our warehouse operations. This role supports receiving, put-away, cycle counts, replenishment, and customer returns by researching discrepancies using WMS, purchase orders, receiving logs, shipment records, and vendor documentation. The specialist works closely with Receiving, Inbound, Returns, Accounting, and Customer Service to identify root causes and determine next steps such as inventory adjustments, vendor credits, rework, or disposal. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate OS&D logs with detailed notes, photos, SKU information, and disposition tracking, while identifying recurring issues and recommending process improvements. This position also assists with repackaging salvageable items, labeling and storing QC hold or return inventory, and supporting general warehouse needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment while following safety and performance standards.
