Locations: Gates and Brighton, NY

Job Type: Full-Time/In Person

Starting Pay: $18.50-$20.50 per hour

Scheule: Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:00pm) + 1-2 Saturdays/month (8:30am- 1:00pm)

About the Role

We're looking for reliable, customer focused Retail Sales Associates to join our medical supply team in our Gates and Brighton locations. This position offers opportunities for growth within the department and movement within the company. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional service, building relationships with our customers, and using your product knowledge to meet their medical needs.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist walk in customers in a courteous and timely manner.

Provide product information and insurance coverage guidance in person and by phone.

Use strong communication skills to serve as a trusted advisor to our customers.

Maintain up to date knowledge on product features, care, and patient needs.

Cross-sell and recommend additional items based on diagnosis and needs.

Accurately enter customer data and documentation into systems.

Handle payments (co-pays, deductibles, full amounts) per company procedures.

Ensure HIPPA compliance and practice confidentiality and safety protocols.

Help with daily restocking and participate in periodic inventory tasks.

What You'll Bring

Education & Certifications:

High School Diploma or GED (required)

Experience and Skills:

1+ years pf related experience preferred (advanced education may substitute)

Strong computer skills

Attention to detail and the ability to work independently

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Motivated, dependable, and team-oriented mindset

Language & Communication

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Customer-first attitude and ability to resolve concerns effectively

Physical Requirements

Frequent movement around the store to assist customers and restock shelves

Ability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs occasionally

Must be able to bend, kneel, crouch, and use standard office equipment

Work Environment

Low to moderate noise levels in the showroom

Collaborative, customer-facing work setting

Muat handle occasional high-pressure or time-sensitive situations professionally
