Scrum Master (Remote SaaS)

Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a Scrum Master to support a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS engineering organization in the financial technology space. This role plays a critical part in driving Agile discipline, coaching teams, and ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery in a fully remote environment.
This opportunity is direct hire (preferred), though contract arrangements will be considered. The role reports directly to the hiring leader and may serve as the primary Scrum Master for a smaller, highly collaborative organization.
Responsibilities:
Lead all Scrum ceremonies and drive strong sprint discipline and delivery cadence
Partner closely with engineering leadership and Product Owners to maintain a clean, prioritized backlog
Remove blockers, optimize team flow, and keep teams focused on high-impact work
Coach teams on Agile best practices and help mature Agile processes and culture
Track and communicate delivery metrics including velocity, sprint health, and throughput
Facilitate collaboration across engineering, QA, product, and leadership
Drive clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software engineering environment
Experience supporting SaaS, cloud, or product-centric organizations
Strong servant-leader mindset with the ability to drive when needed
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable serving as the primary or sole Scrum Master in a smaller organization
Scrum or Agile certification (CSM, A-CSM, PMP-Agile, or similar) preferred
