Duties:
Assist customers on a daily basis, inbound calls and emails.
Engage in all functions related to monthly utility billing, assisting customers with setups and cancellations, answering general billing inquiries, processing payments over the phone and in-person;, including data entry and editing system generated reports for accuracy.
Investigate billing discrepancies, process past due notices, process billing and fines as related to utility billing.
Qualifications
1-2 years of Customer Service/Call Center experience
Minimum required high school diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Utility experience a plus
