IT SERVICE DESK SPECIALIST (m/f/d)

The impact you will create:

Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software

Operate and maintain media devices and support events in our Tech Theater

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware

Maintain daily performance of computer systems

Create user accounts and provide access to the networks

Respond to queries either in person, over the phone or online

Install computer peripherals for users and run diagnostic programs to resolve problems

Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur

Process and document the messages generated by the monitoring systems

Perform cabling or network connection activities

Experience and skills you will need:

You have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

You have experience in the administration of user accounts (Active Directory)

You have knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, macOS, Microsoft MECM, and Jamf Apple Device Management

You have knowledge of network devices

You possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

You have great communication skills and a readiness to support your colleagues

You are a team player with a strong command of the English language; proficiency in German is a major plus
