E-Logic, Inc. is seeking a Web Application Developer to support a government client within the IT Department of Homeless Services and Housing (DHSH). The selected candidate will support the design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of web-based applications and reporting solutions used to support public health and housing initiatives. This role is ideal for a technically strong analyst who can work independently, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality solutions in a public-sector environment. This position will be hybrid, with 3 days on site and 2 days remote after training, with a duration of 6 months to 1 year with a possibility to extend it.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern Microsoft and JavaScript frameworks
Support application enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance improvements
Develop and maintain data reports and dashboards using Power BI and SSRS
Perform research, analysis, and problem resolution related to application issues
Work with relational databases, including writing and optimizing SQL queries
Collaborate with government stakeholders, IT teams, and business users
Document technical solutions, processes, and system changes
Ensure work complies with government standards, policies, and security requirements
Required Qualifications
Experience with ASP.NET Core, C#, MVC, and Angular
Experience with Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
Strong experience working with relational databases and SQL
Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
Strong background in coding languages, databases, and data analytics tools
Interest in new and emerging technologies
Experience supporting or integrating Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
Prior experience working in a government or public-sector environment
Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
