As a Wellness Consultant, you'll be responsible for generating sales, providing exceptional customer service, and using your wellness expertise to help clients select the services and products that will best meet their needs. Responsibilities:

Greet clients and provide a warm and welcoming experience

Schedule appointments and answer phone inquiries

Recommend and sell our services, enhancements, and home maintenance products to clients based on their needs Use your knowledge of the wellness space to help clients select the services and products that will best meet their needs Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Maintain accurate client records and follow-up with clients as needed

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Attend team meetings and training sessions as required

Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications:

Sales experience in the wellness space preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong customer service skills

Ability to work evenings and weekends

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and scheduling software

High school diploma or equivalent
