Job Title: Database Developer

Location: Hybrid (Center City Philadelphia, PA – 1 day/week onsite)

Start Date: 7/21 or ASAP

Duration: Permanent Full Time

Compensation Range: $110- 140K 10% annual bonus

Job Description:

Develop and maintain scalable, performance-optimized data solutions across on-premise and cloud platforms for enterprise financial systems.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures

Maintain and enhance ETL processes using SSIS/SSRS and Visual Studio

Support Snowflake cloud-based solutions including SnowSQL and data sharing features

Write Python scripts for data automation and analytics

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions

Monitor performance and ensure data reliability and security

Participate in rotational on-call support

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

5 years as a hands-on Database Developer

Deep expertise with SQL Server, SSIS/SSRS, and query performance tuning

Experience with Snowflake and hybrid cloud data architectures

Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation

Familiarity with PostgreSQL

Strong communication skills and ability to lead data-related projects

Nice-to-Haves:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Background in financial services or wealth management
