Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our Foreclosure Practice Group. The role involves managing foreclosure proceedings, preparing legal documents, and representing clients with professionalism and integrity. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and approve foreclosure-related pleadings and legal documents.
Manage all aspects of foreclosure cases, including contested and litigated matters.
Represent clients in mediations, depositions, and hearings (both telephonic and in-person).
Review and analyze chains of title and related documentation.
Maintain professional and consistent communication with clients, providing updates and legal guidance.
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
Ensure compliance with legal standards, firm procedures, and client expectations.
Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active member in good standing with the Maine Bar Association (required).
Strong analytical and legal research abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.

Preferred Qualifications:
