Summary

The App Programmer 2 will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining scalable applications and data pipelines. The role focuses on integrating analytics, automation, and CRM workflows across platforms such as Snowflake, Salesforce, and Microsoft Power Platform. This position offers the opportunity to work with modern tools, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute directly to digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, SQL, and Snowflake.

Cleanse, model, and manage data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and quality.

Collaborate with business teams to define KPIs, build dashboards, and deliver insights.

Integrate and automate processes within Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Power Platform.

Support and troubleshoot data-driven applications and automation projects.

Work with teams to align technical solutions with business needs.

Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or 2-year degree with 5+ years’ experience).

Minimum 5 years of experience in data science, analytics, or automation roles.

Advanced skills in Python, Snowflake, SQL, and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).

Experience with Salesforce CRM integrations and workflows.

Familiarity with PowerShell scripting, data modeling, and machine learning concepts.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and project requirements.
