Benefits: For Benefits and Pay Range As an Applications Engineer at Hydro-Gear, you'll * Work in a team collaboration environment with a customer Account Manager to build and maintain positive customer relationships * Provide technical support, guidance, and solutions for our non-turf OEM customers and Hydro-Gear * Participate in vehicle development projects and assure the proper application of our hydraulic and electric products for the non-turf OEM market segment * Provide ongoing technical support to our non-turf OEM customers in the development, maintenance, and service of the application * Schedule on site visits with direct turf OEM accounts to discuss new development projects, current production applications, field service and warranty support Qualifications and Experience * College degree in related technical, electrical, mechanical engineering field is preferred * Minimum 3 years of customer facing experience * Strong technical hands-on aptitude * Great communicator, both written and oral * Willingness to work in an account team collaboration environment with scheduled travel up to 50% If you're a great communicator, a superb problem solver with a technical aptitude and willing to schedule up to 50% of travel you'll have a successful career in this role.
