CNC Lathe Operator/Programmer Duties and Responsibilities

Setup and Operate multiple CNC Mazak Lathes (Models such as QT15, Nexus 200, Nexus 250, and QT18N)

Inspection of parts for finish and is within tolerances.

Recognizing defects and making adjustments to machines or notifying supervisor.

CNC Lathe Operator/Programmer Qualifications and Requirements

Ability to setup and operate CNC Lathes is required.

Programming on Mazatrol is necessary (EIA/ISO G-code)

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.

Ability to read precision measuring tools. (Micrometers, gauges calipers and indicators, ETC).

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

1st shift- starting at $18/hr, lots of overtime available
