Maintenance Manager

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations within their facility. This role reports directly to the Plant Manager and leads a team of approximately 35 maintenance technicians and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, develop, and manage a maintenance team to ensure optimal equipment uptime and reliability.

Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all plant equipment and systems.

Oversee maintenance budgets, parts inventory, and contractor relationships.

Implement safety and continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department.

Collaborate with operations, engineering, and production teams to support manufacturing goals.

Reporting Structure:

Reports directly to the Plant Manager and is part of the plant leadership team.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in maintenance leadership within a manufacturing environment (any industry considered).

Strong hands-on technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Four-year degree not required; equivalent experience strongly valued.
