The Hartford located in Worthington, OH is an independent living community with a team of professionals that is unmatched in the area!

We are owned and operated by National Church Residences, the nation's largest provider of affordable senior housing and health care services.

We are seeking a Receptionist who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors!

This role assumes responsibility for receiving visitors and incoming calls, performing routine clerical work, making out maintenance requests and using and maintaining office equipment including the photocopiers.

Qualified candidates for this position offer:

High School Diploma/GED

One year of general office work required with a focus on customer service.

Essential functions:

Answers phones according to facility policy, takes and relays messages for managers and staff. Screens calls.

Greets residents, visitors and staff and helps with their needs in a professional and compassionate manner.

Assists Business Office Manager with tasks as assigned such as tracking facility keys and managers' schedule.

Processes work orders/IDT's and ensure they are given to correct department.

Performs clerical functions such as computer data entry, sorting and filing. This includes photocopying for residents and management staff.

Processes incoming and outgoing mail.
