About the Role

We are seeking a skilled SQL Developer to join our client's technical team on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to design, implement, and optimize robust database solutions that support vital business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects

Optimize database performance and troubleshoot data-related issues

Collaborate with application developers and analysts to integrate SQL solutions

Ensure data security, accuracy, and reliability across all database environments

Participate in database upgrades, migrations, and documentation efforts

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

2+ years' experience as a SQL Developer or in a similar role

Proficiency with SQL Server or related database platforms

Experience with performance tuning and query optimization

Solid understanding of relational databases and normalization

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
