Job Description

Oversee all on-site construction operations for Healthcare or K12/Higher Education projects, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field logistics to maintain efficient workflows and meet project milestones.

Conduct regular site inspections, resolve field issues promptly, and enforce project plans, codes, and specifications.

Maintain clear communication with project managers, architects, and owners to ensure alignment throughout all phases of construction.

The Successful Applicant

Proven track record overseeing complex ground-up construction projects in the healthcare or educational sectors.

Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Proficient in interpreting blueprints, project specifications, and construction schedules to ensure smooth field operations.

Excellent communicator with proven ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and collaborate with project stakeholders.
