Team Up Athletics CenTex – Central Texas

Do you have a passion for sports and a drive to succeed? Team Up Athletics CenTex is a locally owned, community-driven business supporting schools, clubs, and local organizations with athletic apparel, equipment, and fundraising solutions. We’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team as a 1099 Independent Contractor.

What You’ll Do:

• Build relationships with schools, athletic programs, and local businesses

• Promote apparel, equipment, sponsorships, and fundraising solutions

• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, and follow-up

• Represent Team Up Athletics at community events and games

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven outside sales experience (athletics or apparel a plus)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and independent

• Reliable transportation for travel across the CenTex region

• Genuine passion for sports and community impact

Compensation:

• Commission-Only with Unlimited Earning Potential
