Job Overview

As a Customer Service Associate / Cashier, ensuring that every customer feels welcomed and valued. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, ordering parts for mechanics and driving to pick up parts. With your enthusiasm and expertise, you’ll help drive sales through effective communication and product demonstrations while maintaining a well-organized environment.

What you’ll do

Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly.

Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.

Ordering Parts and driving to pick them up

Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about new items and promote upselling opportunities.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the checkout area

Utilize strong phone etiquette to assist customers with inquiries or concerns over the phone.

Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive work environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction.

Basic qualifications

Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.

Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math applications.

Experience in retail sales or cashiering roles preferred.

Experience in the construction hardware industry.

MUST be bilingual in Spanish/English
