Job Description

Order Fulfillment: Accurately select, pick, and pull products from warehouse locations based on order sheets or digital systems.

Equipment Operation: Safely operate electric pallet jacks (EPJ), forklifts (if certified), and other material handling equipment.

Inventory Management: Track completed orders, report discrepancies, and assist with restocking shelves to maintain adequate stock levels.

Pallet & Order Prep: Build, wrap, and label pallets securely for shipment, ensuring items are correct and undamaged.

Quality & Accuracy: Verify product codes and quantities against orders, inspect items for damage, and maintain high order accuracy.

Safety & Cleanliness: Adhere to all safety policies, keep work areas tidy, and perform daily checks on equipment.

Typical Duties Include:

Reading pick lists/tickets (sometimes via voice-picking tech).

Using scanners to log item movements.

Loading completed pallets onto conveyor belts or staging areas.

Replenishing stock from bulk storage to picking locations.

Performing general warehouse tasks as needed.
