Exceptional Earning Potential:

$292,953 base salary (full-time) with additional performance incentives.

$50,000 sign-on bonus.

Flexible & Supportive Practice: This is an outpatient-only role with single clinic coverage. You'll have a flexible Monday-Friday schedule (full-time or prorated options available) and strong support with a 1:2 physician to MA/LPN ratio and APP support at all locations. Expect to see an average of 18-22 patients per day (full-time), ensuring quality care. After-hours calls are handled by telenurse triage, promoting work-life balance.

Generous Time Off & Benefits: You'll receive 35 vacation/CME days per year and a $4,000 CME allowance. Plus, enjoy six paid holidays, including the Friday after Thanksgiving and a half-day on Christmas Eve.
