Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java, Node.js, Auth0 /Terraform/Automation/CI/CD pipeline, and modern frontend development

Along with experience in Auth0-based authentication and authorization workflows.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements, design system architecture, and define technical specifications.

• Develop end-to-end solutions using Java, Node.js, Angular, and related technologies for both frontend and backend components.

• Implement secure authentication and authorization flows leveraging Auth0 capabilities.

• Automate Auth0 application onboarding and configuration using Terraform and custom Node.js orchestration scripts.

• Integrate Auth0 workflows into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/Terraform Cloud) to enable self-service provisioning and environment consistency.

• Design reusable Terraform modules and pipeline templates to support multi-environment (Dev/Stage/Prod) deployments with minimal manual intervention.

• Translate functional and technical requirements into clear documentation for offshore development teams.

• Oversee and coordinate offshore team activities to ensure alignment with the project scope, timelines, and quality standards.

• Review code, provide technical guidance, and enforce best practices in software development.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.

• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

• 8+ years of experience in full stack development roles.

• Strong backend development skills in Java and Node.js.

• Proficiency in Angular and modern frontend development practices (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript).

• Hands-on experience with Auth0 or similar identity and access management platforms.

• Some experience in CI/CD with Terraform.

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and integration patterns.

• Experience working in agile delivery models and collaborating closely with both customers and distributed teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to lead technical discussions and translate requirements into actionable tasks for offshore teams.

• Experience building automation frameworks to manage Auth0 resources (applications, APIs, connections) as code.

• Familiarity with Terraform, Terraform Cloud, and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and configuration management.
