Marketing Communication Specialist

Your Role

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and tracking marketing initiatives within Norway and Denmark. This role ensures timely delivery of campaigns, oversees localization efforts, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to maintain brand consistency and operational efficiency. Success in this position depends on driving engagement and performance through effective local marketing execution. You will report to European Marketing Manager.

Your Key Responsibilities

Campaign Support & Execution

Lead the rollout of local marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.

Coordinate with internal brand team, vendors and agencies for production and delivery of marketing materials.

Content & Localization

Adapt global content for local use, ensuring cultural relevance and language accuracy.

Manage creation of localized assets, including brochures, social media posts, and email templates.

Event Coordination

Support organization of regional events, congresses, webinars, and sponsorships.

Manage logistics, registrations, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.

Reporting & Analytics

Track campaign performance and report on KPIs such as engagement, leads, and conversions.

Collaboration & Communication

Liaise with local leadership, clinical teams, and admin teams to align marketing efforts.

Act as the primary point of contact for regional inquiries and requests. Support budget tracking and invoice processing.

Who You are

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

3+ years of experience in marketing coordination or support roles

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CMS, email marketing, social media)

Very good language skills in English, Danish and Norwegian

It s meritorious if you have experience in regional or international environments

As a person, you are business-oriented, result-driven, customer-focused, collaborative and independent. You have good ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to details, strong organizational ability and you thrive to work in an international and changeable environment.

Employment Details

Full-time, start according to agreement. The role is based either in Denmark or Norway. Opportunity to work hybrid. Travel in the Nordic countries is required in the role.
